Bissell Proheater2X?

the tank is filled with solution, and the water well is filled with water, and the unit is plugged in. I can clean the furniture and will suck the liquid back up, however it will now spray the carpet or remove the liquid back up? What should I look for?

Blockage in the units. Take all that you can apart, clean every bit, The soap unit pipes especially, Soap units are known to glog up, just clean every bit, every pipe.
