Buttons on AEG Competence are stuck, how do I fix?

The buttons on my AEG B6100 Competence Single Oven keep sticking. How do I solve this problem? Can I take the front off the oven in some way as I expect it's to do with the pad controls. Any help gratefully received! Thanks.
