Random loud bangs from oven/induction hob area?

Having had a De dietrich hob fitted I get random but not frequent loud bangs from the oven area. Sounds just like a big capacitor discharging - oven hasn't got any. No fuses ever blow, wiring checked for all the usual correct polarity and earthing. Is there a capacitor within the hob that could cause this.
