Mend Delonghi DMX30 Help Developed Problem Wrong

Delonghi Microwave DMX30?

Please help. My delonghi microwave dmx30 has developed a problem after i mistakenly pressed the wrong touch buttons. it switches on when plugged in but i'm not able to use the controls. i am assuming it is a memory problem but do not know how to go about it.
