the pilot light is fine but when the burner kicks in the pilot will go out after a few seconds,this is intermittent sometimes it will stay on but more often than not it will go out.If you look through the veiwer you can see the pilot slowly going out from the back of it to the tip as if the gas is stopping.
thanks craig,but i cant see any pipes at the back of the boiler.it is a baxi solo 2 50

check the tubes underneath to the back right of the boiler that connect to the air pressure switch - sounds like they are either split or got a hole in them. you may be able to cut a bit off and just stick them back on.
