sr50 r electrical issue?

hello i got a aprillia sr50 carb model 2005 the clocks,indicators and horn stop light and electric start dont work and the 15a fuse keeps blowing litterally the second u connect the battery or just push the fuse in
ive already cleaned all connections and earths ect im really not sure wot else to try as its mot is coming up soon and need it for work any help is appreciated thanks
