How to replace the shower pull cord switch - Old to New?

I am replacing a shower pull cord switch, the old one only has 1 x live wire and 1 x neutral wire - the new switch has space for live in and out and neutral in and out - so where does each wire go - have I got enough

the feed should go to live in neutral in,then live out ,neutral out,if you have only two wires,then its not wired properly,get a spark in it sounds as though some idiot has just used the switch as a loop like a light switch,GET IT CHECKED BY AN ELECTRICIAN
