How can we solve the iar lock in the filler reservoir in our Thetford toile?

Meantime try this....open drain point (used when draining down over winter) leave it open and fill so you get a continued circular flow in and out (drain it into a bucket to recycle it ). when its run through around half the tanks capacity shut off drain point then continue filling see if it still banks up. Now if it does then its either slow filler or there migh be manufacturing debris in the tube. Try gently feeding a flexible drain wire down the filler tube.
Here's a tip to reduce smell from sink water waste trolley/tank.

I am a wildlife conservationist and since a field mouse drowned in our sink water waste tank I've bought a spare cap drilled a hole slightly larger than the waste tube glued a rubber strip over the cap cut a cross slit in the rubber in line with the hole, pushed the cap on the pipe then I screw that on the tank and know that no small animal can ever drown in my tank again. Soft...yes but nobody will change that.
