Mend Canon DX4400 Printer Power Fuse

How can I fix my DX4400?

I've got a DX 4400 that will not switch on. there is 240V going into the printer, checked with multi meter, but NOTHING happens when I push the on control. Is there an internal fuse and if so how can I get to it? Thanks Jim
