how do I reset the clock/timer on a Tricity Bendix SB 430?

The two ovens on my uncle's cooker have stopped working though the hobs work. This happened once before and I know it has something to do with the analogue timer being set. I can't find a manual online as I believe this oven is over 40 years old.
