How can i fix my washer tub?

Your F&P model does not have a back panel to take off and also does not have shock absorbers. The tub is hanging on 4 rods, one on each corner with a spring on the bottom of each rod. You will have to raise the top deck to fix it. Remove lid, remove 2 X screws at front (under the plastic plugs). At back you will see 2 clips holding top to the cabinet. Prise them out with a screwdriver & pull up. Lift top deck at front & get someone to hold it. Look for the rod on the corner that has dropped. The spring part just hooks in under the corner of bowl. Look at the other ones to see where it goes. Push down on each corner to make sure it is free to move up and down. Sometimes the spring will stick & you have to free it by bouncing that corner firmly up & down.

take the lid and back off and have a look at the drum set up, sounds like a spring has jumped out of place allowing the tub to drop, if you find the spring and it has not snapped just re fit it like the one on the other side, also check the shocks underneath for damage
