Mend Stoves 1000 GDL Access Remove Replacement

how do I access screws to remove cooling fan on stoves 1000 gdl?

We have got a replacement fan for our stoves range cooker. However accessing the screws is not as easy as I thought have obtained torx screwdrivers to hopefully remove the top of cooker, am i heading in the right direction and will the torx screwdrivers work if so how because philips would not work ? STOVES 1000 GDL
