how can i fix windsheild wipers 95 chev astro van?

My windsheild wipers seem to only work when they feel like it?Would appreciate help!

Could just be a dirty connection or a bad switch ......try cleaning contacts on wiper motor ect...proably a bad wiper motor or what they call a park switch
