Mend Kubota L3000DT Wont Start

Kubota L3000DT won't start?

The tractor was running good stopped to take a break 10 min later tractor starter will not crank. all gears are in neutral, tried jumping battery, checked fuses, still will not crank engine.

Any suggestions will be helpful.
