washing machine zanussi jetsystem 1200 xc?

Hello CK,
Many thanks for suggestion re condenser.
After a long learning curve I eventually managed to remove condenser and pressure wash it out. If did not appear to be blocked but did it anyway.
Regrettably it has not made the slightest difference. Do you know if / and location of a humidity detector within the air circulation zone? I think somehow humidity is detected as when slightly damp towels etc. are put in the running time is always reduced to a proper dry condition.
