Relaxor recliner?

I am looking for a power connector. my model xxx-xxm Relaxor has a connection with two "ports" for lack of a better term. All of the wiring within the chair is like new, but with no way to plug it into the wall and a handheld (I don't have it either) device, there is no way to tell.
