Mend Tricity Bendix 310w Tumble Dryer Water Tank

how can I get the full tank light on my tricity bendix 310w to reset?

Once the tank on my Tricity Bendix 310w dryer is full and the signal light has come on, I cannot get it to reset even though the tank has been emptied, and so the machine will not come on. Any advice on how to get it working again would be much appreciated.

simply turn the program dial one click at a time to the start of a program cycle then the light should come on. press the start button and the green light will come on but nothing else happens, DO NOT DO ANYTHING ELSE, just leave the machine as it is and about 2 minutes later the lights will reset itself and the machine will start working.
