Do you have TeraCopy installed?

It's a very common problem with that aging and badly codded file manipulation "helper". It was originaly made to work with the FAT16 and FAT32 file system and don't work correctly with the more robust NTFS file system.
The main problem seems to be that it attempt to bypass the file journalling that is mandatory when using the NTFS system.

The best solution is usualy to uninstall it.

when i move or paste any data in my PC, I get the error msg file integrity violated
