Mend Vauxhall Vectra/Signum Water Front Passenger

water in front passenger footwell on vauxhall vectra?

cleaned rubber drain out under bonnet but water still getting into both front and rear footwells car is 05 plate signum but same as vectra machanics,there is some kind of heater box under carpet in front with vents into the rear footwell could it be this thats the problem,
