Mend Countax Start Turn Fine Starter

Countax wont start?

My countax will not turn over
was fine 2 weeks ago.
all lights on dash come on but nothing when i turn the key
someone said starter motor so ffitted new one (£85) - nothing - completely dead
Any ideas

If it's completely dead, more than likely a duff interlock switch. On the dash, is it showing 'brake on' and 'cutters off'? If not, it won't start.

Check for something silly, such as the trigger wire falling off the solenoid connecton.
