Beko machinesoftener draw wont empty at end of program?

some times the central softener draw on my beko washing machine, model no. WBM 81241 LB 8kg, still has water in it after the cycle has ended. This is a 2 week old machine and i would like to know if this is a fault before i contact beko. The last program i used was Eco clean 20 and i had to remove the drawer to empty the water before i could uas it again. Im sure this cant be right. help please
