start by re calibrating the incline. while holding the up speed arrow and the stop button at the same time, insert the safety key. you will now be in cal/diagnostic mode. press the stop button once, and then press the incline up arrow. the unit will begin to incline all the way to the up position, then back down again. when it lowers down all the way and the led's on the console beging to cycle idicating they are going into test mode, remove the safety key and that should do it.
if any part of this process does not happen, the incline motor and or the contoller will need to be repalced.
