Mend ProForm 835QT Treadmill Proform Motor

Repair of incline on treadmill?

I have a ProForm 835QT treadmill that was closed in the full incline position. Now it does not start and the incline control is at the 10 setting with the motor for the incline running but not moving the base down.
What can I do to fix it?
