Recent: Safely remove screen protector from a Macbook Air?

FRun exe. 0x0000135 keeps popping up even when I hit OK it still pops up. ?

I am having a cont. pop up application error with Frun. exe 0x0000135 How can I fix , and I need to know a program to fix problem free. thanks
