hotpoint aquarius dwf 30,dishwasher ha sbeen in sorage and been told to clean it with bottle of cleaner ,its been on for over two hours and seems not to be hot either
You answered your own question. It is not hot. So it is waiting to reach the set temperature before moving on to next stage. Check the heater & wiring for faults.
