Ravenheat 820/20?

When i turn my hot water tap on full the boiler fires up as normal but the water runs warm, when i reduce the water flow the boiler turns off. Before the problem started the water would flow hot when i reduced the water flow! what components do i need to change to rectify the problem?

Sorry, not really an answer.Had a question for John about my Ravenheat 820/20 after he answered the previous question with what seemed like a healthy knowledge of the subject.
I've already posted a question about my boiler tripping the RCD unit in my cellar.Tried e-mailing john but it seems like there is an error with the address.

you will probabally need to replace the DHW sensor. Part no. 0007TER05005/0.
Tou can purchase this part from Parts Centre Online at a cost of£18.11. They will usually send it free by post the next day!
The replacement is easy. All you have to do is:-

1. turn off boiler at the main switch
2. turn off the cold water suppl
3. open hot water tap/taps-todrain off water in pipes.
4. disconnect the wires to the sensor.(the left side of the boiler-in the middle)
5. unscrew the sensor and discard.
6. screw in the new sensor.(do not over tightenoon a "O" ring)
7. reconnect the wires.
8. turn cold water supply back on .
9. turn electric power back on.

JOB DONE!!
