Mend LG Washer Not Dispense

My Lg frontload washer will not dispense any water?

When I add the clothes, it begin like normal. I goes back and forth sensing the load. Then the wash light comes on but the water does not come out. It goes through a "dry" wash. When it it timeto spin, it gives me the IE code. I have check and cleaned the hose filters in the back but still the same problem.
