olevia 42 inch wide screen tv lcd hd?

the unit will power up some times and then go off.
the blue light blinks and it will not power up.
i did all the reset as instructed in the book,nothing works.
right now it wont come on at all.
i pulled the power board and everything looks ok.
there was a lot of dust around the contacts and i
brushed them clean.
