Further details?

hi could you help my hotpoint wf560 is not taking any commands the on off and the wash enhance are both flashing red? I can get it to go off eventually and start another cycle but the same thing happens at some point in the cycle - have checked water pump and nothing blocked there water does pump out the drum pls could u help
