What e-mail do you use.
Normaly, the first thing to do is to flag the offending message as junk mail.
Filtering using the address, or even the domain, is useless as the address you see is NEVER the real one.
If you use Mozilla Thunderbird or the web mail service GMail, there is a smart adaptive anti-spam filter that learn the rules and get realy effecient. The GMail one is fed by millions of users and is extremely effecient.
Both use pattern recognition and key expressions to identify the junk. Both analyse the body of the message and it's header content.
