how do i change 4 digit code without using number 1?

the number 1 does not work on the the key pad. how do i reset the alarm without using the number 1?

er,dont use the number one :_) ,what a stupid question,no wonder alarm guy goes and lies down in a darkened room,no mention of the alarm panel make,and you expect a reply ????,get rid of the alarm buy a dog ,it will be smarter than you
