how do i fix the drag sound in a shimano cx4000ra fishing reel?

i have a shimano cx4000ra fishing reel. i cant hear any sound from it when i set the drag and a fish is caught. this accured after a big fish took the line and i might have tighten the drag too far. is that problem fixable?
