Mend Proscan Turn Light Screen

how can I fix my proscan?

I turn on the television and there is only one bright light that goes across the middle of the screen and nothing alse.

The fault is called frame collapse and you'll need to call an engineer. Don't operate the TV with the line displayed as it may burn a permanent image of the line onto the tube.

It's usually easily repairable at a reasonable price.
