Since having a combination boiler fitted we now have no cold water tank, so all our cold taps (4 with 3 t-ing of the kitchen one for dishwasher, washing machine and outside hosepipe tap). This means they all have full mains pressure, should I turn down the main stopcok to reduce this or leave it full on?
