Siemens extraklasse txl 750 k Tumble dryer?

The water from the condenser no longer ends up in the box but have to take the box out and syringe the water out from the back. Is this fixable?

with nearly all condenser dryers the water is pumped to the water container, trace the hose back fro the container which should lead you to the pump, its either blocked or faulty
