its what they call a blocked cold feed .trace pipe from tank in loft to were it joins system usually a 22mm tee the blockage is usually their.might get lucky give it a tap with screwy.other wise drain off ensure header tank empty before removing tee and cleaning out .could back fill system using hose pipe from tap to rad
