Mend MacDee DVE0600 Toilet Valve Overflow

macdee dve0600?

My tank keeps filling after the "valve" has raised? Ive adjusted the height, have the arm low and high but it still keeps filling slowley just to the level where a trickle is going down the overflow pipe.

Any idea's and if it needs replacing anyone know where from?
