Mend Potterton Perfoma 24 Combi Heat Exchanger Pressure

How can I fix my Potterton Perfoma combi 24 boiler?

My potterton Perfoma boiler done not give hott water when the inlet water pressure valve is fully open. But when it is set on low pressure it gives reasonably hot water and also gives proper hot water when the central heating is on . I think the problem is either diverter valve or the heat exchanger. Can some have any idea
