Mend Kenwood K20MSS10 Checked Fuse Plug

Microwave gone dead?

My Kenwood K20MSS10 about 18 months old has gone dead. I have checked the fuse at the plug and also the internal fuse, both ok. The machine was working perfectly but when I came to use it it was dead. No clock or lights. Any ideas please.

Check the socket, with another appliance. if that is ok, power unit in Micro gone, or filter etc. but you need to use a meter to check them out.
