Mend PABL RFF5050FF Water Model Integrated

Water / Condensation in PABL fridge freezer model RFF5050FF ?

My RFF5050ff model integrated fridge freezer seems to be melting. Water / condensation is running doen the back of the fridge and collecting on the bottom and in the salad drawers. I have to keep a tea towel on the bottom shelf to soak up the excess. I haven't twiddled with the settings at all. How do I solve my problem?

the reason for the accumalation of water is because there is a blockage. you will find a small hole towards the bottom of the back panel that needs freeing, ideally use a cable tie by pushing it down the hole to remove whats causing the blockage which is usually caused by butter/paper etc sticking to the freezing plate and then falling down when fridge went into defrost
