Mend Accenta 6 Alarm Keypad

accenta 6 alarm keypad faulty?

I have an accenta 6 alarm, the keypad has 13.5 volts supply to it but there is no power light displayed and the keypad will not work at all. Do I just need a new key pad if so are all key pads compatible.
