control panel dislodged from housing triggering tamper?

Sorry guys for lack of info on earlier question! The control panel became dislodged from the housing, on fitting it back on the tamper was triggered. I reset the alarm but the tamper light still remains on.I am unable to set another control panel upstairs without the alarm going off, the tamper light is also lit on that panel. The control panel is a Veritas R8. Any help is appreciated.
