98 zx2 parking lights what am I missing?

if the fuse is before the switch the switch may be the problem.try feeding the circut from a side light to see if they all work from that .sometimes theres a fuse for each side one with dash and one with number plate lights.it may even have an in line fuse on wire from switch to side lights.if not you must have a break in wire so run wire from sidelight on switch to light circut though fuse to get them working
