Mend Ryobi Whipper Snipper Spark Plug Wont Start

How to fix my Ryobi whipper snipper?

My Ryobi whipper snipper got wet from the storm and now it won't start. Not sure what the model no. is, but on the side it has 77dBA. Replaced the spark plug, but still no go.
