what to do when you have no light to my RDH10 RF thermostat?

Dear helpful team, we cannot get any lights on at all to the main box with the elongated switch, despite holding it for 4 mins, instead of 4 seconds. Is there any other test we can do? I have followed the steps as offered by another contributor, but still no response. electricity is the there and checked there is a live feed
