Mend Creda Concept Solar Clock Cooker Working

setting the clock on my creda concept solar cooker not working?

I have had previous success in setting the timer on my creda concept solar cooker,but that method's not working now. The clock & automatic timer lights are flashing. I've tryed numerous times to push the minute minder & cook period buttons at the same time as the + & - buttons,then releasing them together,but this is not setting the time. The individual buttons appear to be working. Any ideas?

Creda Creda Concept Solar Kitchen Appliances, Electric Cookers Clock Cooker Working

without model no cant be specific but usually set time by holding cook period and cook end buttons down together then press + or - buttons to set time. Some models have to hold down all three minute minder, cook period and cook end buttons tgether then + or - . Note + or - buttons must be pressed after others held in not all at same time.
