error code 4?

sorry forgot to mention if the drum isn't turning,or the machine won't spin after you have drained the water,.

check the carbon brushes x2 in the motor,

if the machine aborted prior to the 1st spin it can give same error.

same error codes as bosch,

you have a drainage issue,investigate as to why the machine isn't draining the water away,

or maybe the machine appears to be draining,but actually it isn't draining out in the specified time.

Check the filter,

ensure the pump is rotating freely,

remove all traces of detergent residue from the pump housing,.
If you are using powder detergent then too much can cause the error on your model.

If you keep getting the error now and then,and you are using powder,try changing to a liquid.

Don't forget to check the drain hose for any kinks,or any blockages, especially if it connects onto a sink trap.
