Mend Miele W800

Miele W800 Washing m/c. Programme selector dial loose?

The programme selector dial isn't as 'positive' as before. I opened the door, removed the electronic board and noted that plastic plate (3871211) that links the dial on the front, to the electronics inside, has one of the plastic lugs broken. Any suggestions on a) how I remove it, and b) where I can get a replacement, would be appreciated.
