It is heating up but the needle that usually goes right up to the red is stopping just before the red. Can anyone tell me whats wrong with it and can it be fixed.
there is no steam coming out of the nozzle, it heats up...pressurises etc, then it clicks when the trigger is pulled but no steam appears....any ideas?
