Mend Rexel Light Started Flash

Rexel p210cd Shredder?

Up until recently this shredder worked perfectly then the red light started to flash indicating the door is open ( even though it isn't ) because the red light is indicating , the shredder will not operate. How do I fix a faulty sensor on the door so that the unit will operate again.
